Civil Liability insurance policy is based on the Article 2043 of the Italian Civil Code: "Any fault or negligence which causes unjust damage to others obliges the one who committed the crime to pay compensation."

So this is a policy that protects the insured against a capital loss in the event that causes damage to a third party and at the same time, it protect the person who has suffered undue damage, based on evidence of the facts that constitute the foundation (art. 2687 of the Civil Code).

In many areas that lawmakers considered particularly sensitive, this insurance policy is mandatory. For example: Cars, Managers and Executives, public contracts, auditing firm.
